Order processing

Paid orders are normally checked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

We may contact you before dispatch if the shipping address, phone number, product configuration, or selected power adapter plug needs confirmation.

Shipping destinations & cost

Standard checkout currently accepts shipping addresses in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Australia, and Japan.

Yanwen tracked shipping is charged at a flat USD 12 per order at checkout. Customers outside the listed destinations should contact support before ordering so availability and freight can be confirmed.

Delivery estimate

The checkout estimate is 7–18 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs inspection, local carrier handling, severe weather, holidays, or incomplete address information can cause delays.

Tracking

Standard orders use Yanwen tracked shipping. Once the parcel is dispatched and a tracking number is available, the order status is updated. Tracking may take several business days to show its first carrier scan.

Customs, taxes & address accuracy

• Import duties, VAT, customs charges, and local handling fees are not included unless Stripe Checkout explicitly shows them.
• The customer is responsible for entering a complete deliverable address and a reachable phone number.
• Contact support immediately if an address needs correction. Changes are not guaranteed after dispatch.
• Extra costs caused by refusal, an incorrect address, or repeated failed delivery may be deducted from any eligible refund.
