Limited hardware warranty

Unless a product page states a different term, physical devices purchased directly from this store include a 12-month limited hardware warranty beginning on the recorded delivery date.

The warranty covers verified manufacturing defects that prevent the device or an included essential accessory from operating as intended under normal use.

What is not covered

• Accidental damage, liquid, impact, overheating caused by blocked ventilation, misuse, neglect, or normal cosmetic wear.
• Damage caused by power surges, incorrect voltage, incompatible accessories, or use of a power adapter not supplied or approved for the device.
• Unauthorized repair, disassembly, modified firmware, root access, or unsupported system changes.
• Availability, performance, licensing, or regional restrictions of third-party apps, subscriptions, streaming services, or online content.
• Loss of settings, files, accounts, or other data stored on the device.

How to make a claim

Email support with the order email, product model and configuration, selected plug type, serial number when available, and a clear description of the fault. Photos or a short video may be required so the issue can be verified remotely.

Do not send a product back until return instructions have been provided.

Warranty remedy

For an approved claim, the available remedy may be troubleshooting, replacement of an accessory, repair, replacement with the same or an equivalent model, or a refund when another remedy is not practical. The remedy depends on the verified fault, product age, and stock availability.

Mandatory consumer rights in the customer’s country are not limited by this policy.
